Every day I wake up to lead transformative change through the Women Welfare Foundation. My focus lies on empowering youths, marginalized women, and girls in Nepal to build sustainable, empowered futures. Armed with data-driven insights and a deep understanding of structural inequities, I have chosen to channel my expertise into empowering Nepali women—the backbone of communities often overlooked in policy and development agendas.
So Far We Have:
Trained over 500+ women from rural Nepal to develop capacity for climate resilience initiatives, equipping them to influence local policies and lead grassroots adaptation projects.
By bridging gaps in access to education, vocational training, and microfinance, we have enabled 2,500+ women to achieve financial independence, disrupting generational cycles of poverty.
Partnered with 15+ local governments to integrate gender-responsive strategies into climate adaptation, mental health, and education policies.
Fostered alliances with several global NGOs and UN agencies to scale our impact while ensuring solutions remain rooted in local realities.
Provided financial assistance to 200+ young and adolescent girls from rural Nepal to support them turn their educational dreams into reality.
