I am the founder and president of the Women Welfare Foundation, a dedicated organization committed to empowering women and girls in Nepal. With a strong background in social work and a passion for gender equality, I have aspired to be a driving force behind numerous initiatives that focus on uplifting youths, and marginalized communities, particularly women affected by gender-based violence, climate change, and social discrimination. Under my leadership, the foundation has grown to become a vital resource for youths and women across Nepal, providing education, advocacy, and support to those in need.
My vision for the Women Welfare Foundation is deeply rooted in the belief that empowered women are key to creating sustainable and resilient communities. The projects I have led aim to address the intersectionality of gender and climate change, recognizing the unique challenges faced by women in rural and vulnerable areas. Through my leadership, the foundation has successfully implemented programs that provide immediate relief and support and foster long-term resilience and empowerment for women and girls in Nepal.
With the Women Welfare Foundation, I will continue to amplify the voices of youths and women, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to lead meaningful change in their communities through strategic partnerships and bold and innovative programs.
